5 Simple Steps to creating the perfect website
When it comes to designing website so many people ask me where do I start? So I wanted to create a guide that explains everything in detail when it comes to designing the perfect website. There are over 100 ways to create websites but I feel that its important to invest in a website that will last for years. So here are a few steps to think about before designing your website.
1. Website Hosting
There are several website hosting platforms but when it comes to choosing a website hosting. I personally love Squarespace because after trying so many different platforms I felt that Squarespace was best for me and what I wanted in a website which why its important to know what are the features that youd want in a website. ex: Are you looking for a shop, a portfolio, a contact form, ect.

2. Have a domain name
Now that you have an understanding about your website hosting here is where you can shop for your domain. Having a domain is important because if you ever want to change your website hosting people will still be able to access your website. Squarespace offers domains free for a year but I personally use google domains because its easier to navigate if you ever want to change your website hosting in the future. 3. Design your website
When it comes to designing your website there are a vast varieties of templates to choose from, you can select a template and design the website yourself, you can shop a custom template or you can hire a designer :) Like me. Overall the purpose is making sure that the design of your like looks, unique, professional and has a good user experience. 4. Optimize your website
The design of your website is very important because if its not designed correctly or optimize for users to engage with your website then its impossible to gain traction. Theres also ways that you can develop features in your site like custom forms and templates if you are really passionate about coding. SEO is another important feature when it comes to designing your website, SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, which is a process users go through to find your site if you have excellent seo that means it will be easier for other users to find you when they search on google. Do each of my pages have Optimized SEO descriptions so that its easier to be searched on google?

5. Launch 🚀
Now that you have chosen your website hosting, your domain name, you have designed your website and have optimize it for users to bring traffic to your website. Its time to launch your website. When launching your site I would recommend to connect all your social media platforms to your site, I would also recommend asking your designer to create a linktree to your site as well.
